WordCamp Event Plan

Tasks

  • Volunteer makes announcement at the beginning of each session.
  • Volunteer to introduces each speaker. The bios of each speaker is printed out on the podium.
  • Volunteer signals time to presenter at 45 minutes to leave presenter 5 minutes for questions.
  • Volunteer signals when the session is over.
  • Volunteer is available to get help for any emergencies or AV needs. Clif Bachelor and Chris Diamond are the AV organizers

Setup

  • Charging Stations on the side
  • Check for Bios on the podium to make sure they are there.
